Cpt. Manmeet Jagpal is the Managing Director of MarineNaut Surveyors and a respected Master Mariner with over fifteen years of experience in shipping, offshore operations and specialised marine surveying. As the company’s strategic head, he oversees its vision, technical governance and client assurance standards, ensuring consistently high professional and technical benchmarks.

His core expertise includes single-voyage approval surveys, P&I and H&M condition surveys, pre-purchase inspections, casualty investigations, offshore towage suitability assessments and complex Marine Warranty Survey (MWS) operations. He has led high-value assignments such as FPSO towage preparations, jacket and topside loadouts, cable transpooling operations and damaged cargo investigations for leading operators, insurers and government agencies.

Before establishing MarineNaut Surveyors, Capt. Jagpal worked as Marine Manager and MWS Lead at Marine Consultants & Engineers, where he supervised more than 80 demolition voyages and several offshore warranty projects across India and the Middle East. He also served for five years as Marine Superintendent at Blue Whale Maritime, managing over 40 vessel preparations for demolition, FPSO decommissioning and tanker sludge assessments. His seagoing career began with MSC, sailing globally from Deck Cadet to Chief Officer on container vessels.
